Core stuck in startup. Update not possible

My system seems to be unhealthy. When I try to update the Core it gets stuck in an infinite loop.
When I try to update the OS I get the error message:
“Error updating Home Assistant Operating System: ‘OSManager.update’ blocked from execution, system is not running - CoreState.STARTUP”

Seems that the System is not able to start the core propperly. How to fix that?

already did but that helped me not further. Where especially to look to? Core or Supervisor Logs?
