Correct shelly device for lights

i want to control my lights with shelly devices. i see that Shelly Plus 1PM Mini could work for me but i have the following questions. Can it remotely be enabled when my physical switch is turned off?
It supports up to 8 amps in 240 volts. The fuses on my house panel are 16 amps. Is it a problem? My lights are small bulbs…like max 100 watts (less than half watt)

Yes.

No. Your fuses are there to protect against short circuit faults.

Do you need the PM version for power monitoring?

The Shelly Plus 1 Mini is about a third of the price but does not have power monitoring.

so, the 8 amps of the shelly is max current it can handle. what will happens if i connect a 9 amps device instead of a bulb?

Also, the pack of 2 is 4 euros difference for PM version. It looks a nice addition for 4 euros

You will exceed the rating of the device and either damage it or its protection circuits will cut off power to the load.

i see.
is there any downside going for the pm option? (except small price difference)
