[Cosmetic] ESPHome addon dash device workflow

Hi all,
this is only cosmetic, but IMO it may be useful to propose the correct workflow and ease newcomers life.

In the ESPHome device IDE:

Instead of:
UPLOAD EDIT SHOW LOGS VALIDATE

the workflow may be better represented by:
EDIT -> VALIDATE -> UPLOAD -> SHOW LOGS

Just my 2 cents…

I saw the new layout just now after updating esphome-dev and it looks great.
