The other thread here on them was all about tuya convert. I tried serial flashing it and it’s completely different. Not sure if it’s worth the effort of trying to flash. I’m going to return it unless anyone has any ideas
That’s using beken, you can still flash with esphome or openbeken
As mentioned above, If you are familiar with Tasmota you should consider flashing Openbeken:

The world keeps on turning and chips keep on changing. Afaik tasmota does not support any of the most common mcu from today (beken & realtek) found in tuya products
