Could a HASS Bridge cause Connection issues between HomeKit and Matter?

I have a Home Assistant running on Docker with several Zigbee and ESP Home devices connected. I also have several Matter Devices connected with HomeKit on a couple of HomePod Mini. Because Matter Doesn’t Work yet on Home Assistant, i am using HASS Bridge to bring those devices over to Home Kit. Home Kit at this moment only connects to Matter Devices and HASS Accessories.

I noticed that when HASS Accessorise or Bridge are connected to HomeKit, HomeKit will show several matter devices as “no response”. Removing the Bridge or Accessories will bring those Matter Devices back online.

I am a bit confused and would like to investigate this further. Has anyone experienced anything similar? What steps can i take to check if the connection issues between HomeKit and Matter Devices is indeed caused by a connection to HASS Bridge?

I have also noticed that HomeKit is a dumpster fire. Recently upgraded to the new architecture and now the other person can’t access the home, even after trying all the possible fixes that are suggested on the internet.

If you have a Mac then you can connect your iPhone to it and look at the logs in Console.app but I doubt that will result in anything useful.
