Could not update status for Nanoleaf (192.168.100.X is not available)

Hi All,

I see many times this error:

Could not update status for Nanoleaf (192.168.100.2 is not available)

I did power off the Nanoleaf and restart it again, didn’t work.
When I see this error the Nanoleaf still react on actions using HA

Yesterday I had this error:

What can I do to solve this?

I’m having this same issue. The system works, but seems to crash every so often with a similar error. Were you ever able to resolve it?

Suddenly it was gone here…

Errors are back again… Nanoleaf still work…

Same here. The nanoleaf has always worked, it just doesn’t seem to respond at certain times, and there can sometimes be a slight lag when sending commands.

I’ve been having the same issue for a while now and cannot figure what is causing it. Digging around it seems like this is a problem with Nanoleaf and WiFi specifically, but most threads talk about ASUS router which doesn’t apply to me.

I have also strange problem, since some hass updates now the nanoleaf becomes unavailable but is pingable… strange … and it shows me no single wifi disconnect in my unifi network. did they change something in the code? maybe updates too often / short?

My Nanoleaf is working with latest HA 2021.2.1
I changed my logger for nanoleaf to FATAL.
I don’t see the errors, I never have issues that its not working…

Having the same issue cropping up randomly, core-2021.3.3 and supervisor-2021.03.6

I have the same issue with latest version of Hass (and supervisor), breaks my script too
