So this is really strange because I previously had this all working not sure what changed. I have a motorized cover control configured in zwave JS UI. Everything works great in the zwave UI… I set it to open or closed and the motor runs and reports the correct open or closed state.
When I go into home assistant… the controls are reversed… open closes and close opens it. Worse, I can click close but then it opens the cover and when it gets to the end it actually disables the open button so I can’t reverse the direction and the UI is unusable until I go into the zwave UI and control it from there so it’s not at the ‘end’.
Edit: This is using ZEN53 LR - DC Motor Controller
Tried adding the cover a second time to my dashboard using the entity and this time it gives me a badge and that does work properly as long as I use the slider control and not the button controls … except when I click close on the bottom control the top one says open. I am so confused
Help please!
