I’m trying to add my diy (ESP8266) window blind cover(https://github.com/thehookup/motor-on-roller-blind-ws) into Home assistant. I installed Mosquito on a docker container. My computer and the ESP can see to the mosquito (I see /raw/esp8266/register in the MQTT explorer).
Now in Home assistant configuration I wrote this:
#Pour connecter sur le MQTT Mosquito Broker
mqtt:
broker: 192.168.2.100
port: 1883
#Pour connecter les stores des fenetres (Rho)
cover:
- platform: mqtt
name: "Rho1"
command_topic: "/raw/esp8266/9867974/in"
set_position_topic: "/raw/esp8266/9867974/in"
position_topic: "/raw/esp8266/9867974/out"
value_template: "{{ value_json.position }}"
json_attributes_topic: "/raw/esp8266/9867974/out"
json_attributes_template: "{{ value_json.position | tojson }}"
retain: false
payload_open: "100"
payload_close: "0"
position_open: 100
position_closed: 0
And… it does nothing… I was expecting to see a device (Rho1) somewhere in HA, but I don’t see it under integrations or devices or entities… I can see [MQTT: configuration.yaml] on the integrations list, but it does nothing…
What I’m doing wrong ?
