Covered patio recommendations for tv, switches, and audio please

Hello everyone,
I have hass installed on an iMac using Docker. I have a few hue lights, a ST hub, and a couple GE dimmer switches. Also have an unused Logitech Harmony Hub/remote. Very basic setup, which I have done almost nothing with to this point.
I am a couple weeks away from having a covered porch built. I am going to have a TV, ceiling fan, several can lights in the ceiling, and in ceiling speakers.
I would like to get some of your opinions on what the best setup would be for my new space.
TV - I’m likely going with a cheaper 4k, as this will still be outdoors even if it is a covered space. I don’t want to buy a higher end television only to have it fail because of the extra moisture. If it is a cheaper one, I won’t feel as bad if it only survives a year or two. However, if there is a brand that is better at supporting CEC, etc, I would prefer that because of the broadest functionality.
Video - I have 4k Roku elsewhere, so I’ll likely get another for this space.
Audio - I want to have surround sound. I’d like to use in ceiling speakers, but that likely requires an amp. I can’t justify the cost of a Sonos soundbar and two Play 1’s. I’d rather have a dedicated receiver plus speakers. Please change my mind if one way is better than another.
Lighting - I’ll have another GE dimmer for the four in-ceiling can lights. I want to have rope lighting around the ceiling for accent, but there is no way I can afford to have 70 feet of Hue color strips!
Ceiling fan - I have no idea how to control this with HASS. Is there a specific model/brand that works well with HASS?

Thank you for any recommendations you send my way!
TS.

Lighting - you can use cheap(er) LED strips. there are plenty on Amazon & Ebay. There are plenty of threads on here that cover it. And there are several Youtube videos. Check out the one’s by BruhAutomation (@bruhautomation on here) and @DrZzs. they both have really good video’s on their channels covering them.

Fans - that has been the biggest issue for me in the past. You can use a standard RF ceiling fan controller and then use a broadlink device to control it. It works really well for control but it doesn’t give any feedback as to its current state. As long as you only control it by HA then you should be good. But as soon as someone uses the remote the the synch between displayed and actual is shot.

The other option that just came out is using a Sonoff iFan02 fan controller. It uses an RF remote but the controller has an ESP chip that allows for MQTT control. And it provides feedback when using the remote! there are a few threads here that cover using that as well. And a dedicated thread on github for Tasmota support for it ( https://github.com/arendst/Sonoff-Tasmota/issues/2839 ).

Thank you for the info.

GE/JASCO makes a smart fan dimmer switch that works great with my fans. It gives you low/med/high states and installs just like the regular GE smart dimmers. I have about 8 of them installed in the house and they work great.
