Hi,
I have 4 covers, IKEA FYRTUR, in 3 rooms.
2 of them are grouped in the master bedroom and all 4 are also grouped in one group.
I have two automations, Good night and Good morning, in which I control what I want to happen on these occasions.
The problem is that when an automation is triggered the covers don’t always go down/up. Usually it’s one or two of the 4 that don’t do anything, not always the same. Very
When controlling only the cover group (with all 4 covers) either with a button or a command it works perfect every time.
I have tried the following in HA Automation:
- One service action with the group with all 4 entities
- One service action per entity
- Added a delay of a couple of seconds between the separate cover actions
- Having the cover service action first or last in the list of actions
- Same result in both HA Automations and Node Red
