CPU Usage Spike

Last night, I swapped out our router and when I switched the Ethernet cable on the RPi to the new router, it initially wouldn’t connect to the Internet. So, I rebooted from the Hass.io menu. Since then, I noticed this morning that CPU usage spiked. It hovered in the 5-7% range prior to the reboot and is now around 25%. System load has also increased from around 0.3 to 1.25. I tried SSH’ing in and didn’t see anything eating up CPU usage. Should I be concerned? Any ideas on what could be causing this?

To add, there is nothing currently in the system log in the last 45 minutes. Initially, discovery had picked up our Harmony Hub at a new IP address and was throwing errors because I haven’t updated to the latest and set up the XMPP API.But, I turned off discovery and restarted Home Assistant to take care of that, so if that was the culprit I’d have expected usage to drop off by now…

Figured out, going to leave the thread here in case this happens to anyone else.

Check your add-ons. I had a couple add-ons I had installed but am not using. They were set to “Start on Boot” so when I rebooted Hass.io they started up. Pi-hole specifically generated a bunch of errors and chewed up a bunch of CPU cycles. Once I turned that off, CPU usage returned to normal.
