Yesterday I launched the HA Core 2024.10.0 update and my installation no longer works.
My HA is running on HA Green.
On the HA web page, there is an infinite loading.
How can I recover my information (backup) and get my installation back?

I’ve never had this module on my HA.

When I start my HA, I do have infinite loading but I still have my modules starting (see attached).
Is it possible to retrieve the backups that are stored on the HA green’s internal memory via the device’s terminal and move them to an SD card or USB key?
EDIT 2:
On the HA green terminal, it tells me that the “supervisor” version is 2024.09.1 and that no update is available, even though I ran the latest update 2024.10.0.
My HA Core version is 2024.10.0.
Another strange thing is that my connected switches don’t work, but my automations do, and my lights have just come on at sunset.
The Core has been updated to the latest version 2024.10.1.
But for the supervisor, it cannot update to version 2024.10.0. It returned an error: No supervisor update available - 2024.09.1.
The supervisor update 2024.10.0 was released 2 days ago.

I reinstalled core version 2024.9.3.
The supervisor is also in version 2024.09.1
I’ve cleared my browser cache.
When I restart HA core, I get my login page on the web interface (I also had it with core version 2024.10.0).
I log in with my administrator credentials and that’s when I get the infinite loading.
