Your flow credentials file is encrypted using a system-generated key.

If the system-generated key is lost for any reason, your credentials
file will not be recoverable, you will have to delete it and re-enter
your credentials.

You should set your own key using the 'credentialSecret' option in
your settings file. Node-RED will then re-encrypt your credentials
file using your chosen key the next time you deploy a change.

Flow-based programming for the Internet of Things.

## About

[Node-RED][nodered] is a programming tool for wiring together hardware devices,
APIs and online services in new and interesting ways.

It provides a browser-based editor that makes it easy to wire together flows
using the wide range of nodes in the palette that can be deployed to its
runtime in a single click.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Your flow credentials file is encrypted using a system-generated key.

I’m looking at both of your log dumps. Everything seems to be starting as expected. What is the actual problem?

You can’t open the nodered page? You have tried both the link from HA’s toolbar and using 1880 as the port number with ha’s network address?

yea it doesnt start and you cant login to node red using ip

shit im stoned it does work from the ip…thanks ill delete some palettes

Thank You!

is there a way to delete the flows home assistant has stored? i have them backed up on computer i just couldnt leave well enough alone and really buggered this thing all to hell now…

If you select the nodes, delete and then deploy, that’s it they’re gone.

it doesnt startup even in safe mode anymore id love to do it

You want to start fresh? You have deleted the addon? After deleting the addon go to config and rename the nodered folder to old_nodered.

Then one level up where your /media folder is. There is another nodred folder, rename that one as well. restart then reinstall

also had configs inside node red hanging onto the now missing nodes that needed to be deleted , thank you for your help

Once you are sure you have everything you need from your old setup, those folders can be deleted.
