Create a theme that respects dark-mode

Hi all, I’m trying to create a theme-file that adjusts some minimal things to the standard-theme. I’m running Bubble Cards, and I’d like to make these appear a bit more like the standard-theme.

The problem I have is that when I create a theme-file with the adjustments in there, it completely ignores the dark mode that it usually has.

Is it possible to have a theme that stays true to the automatic switch of light/dark?

I think you have to have modes: dark: in your theme to specify that it supports darkmode.

That is exactly what I was looking for.

Obviously, it would be somewhere in the documentation, but I always struggle to read the official documentation myself. Too much technical terms that I just don’t understand.
