I am new to this whole alexa and personal skill development. I’d very much appreciate help and guide towards achieving my intended goal, which I’d try to breakdown as best as possible.
So I have a smart home I’d like to use as guest house, more like Airbnb. The entire appliances and devices can be controlled by Alexa (connected via zigbee and smartlife). I am able to get Echo show 15 to say a welcome Message but I’d like for the message to pop up on the screen once the guest arrives the first time, with their name. I have a smart lock with a unique unlock code assigned to each guest. I have connected all using Smartlife app but Alexa doesn’t connect with the smart lock. Here is the model of the smartlock

How do I set up a routine for Alexa to link with Smart life app, detect the unlock code, say a welcome message and display same massage on the screen for the duration that the guest is there (until the unlock pin expires). Thank you
