There was a request about groups with UI and it was closed said the solution is implemented in 2022.4. But not exactly. There is a new Helper for it, but this doesn’t solve the problem.

  1. When I open an entity, under Related tab I can’t see if this entity is a member of a group.
  2. I cannot add or remove the entity in any group when I open the entity
  3. I cannot mass add or mass remove entities under the Entities menu which checkbox
  4. I cannot create climate group with the helper
  5. I cannot create a group with different entity domains. E.g. cannot create a group with some switches and light together. Another example if I want to switch off everything in a room including switches, lights, thermostat, media player etc.

So a well inegrated UI based group handling still missing under HA.
