Creating an automation from a SMS

I’d like to fire off an automation when my Google Voice phone number gets a SMS, which comes in as an email. Unfortunately the imap platform requires you to know your sender ahead of time.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish something like this?

Are you saying the email you receive from Google Voice does not have a known sender? The sender’s name can change from one email to the next?
