CSS beyond themes

In general the dashboard is quite well done and I see little reason to change anything on the big screen. Themes are nice as far as they go and the old list “ha-style.ts” helps a lot to optimise some things for the colour blind. (Home and away were the worst offenders and completely indistinguishable.)

Now I have made a minimal dashboard with only the most important things for the tiny smartphone screen. I have only two entities cards in a single column. Line hight is determined by the icons, so the font could be a fifth to a fourth larger for legibility without requiring more space (at least lacking secondary information). The vertical space between items is rather large. Nice on the big screen but here it requires scrolling in spite of limiting the number of items to the bare minimum. I’d like to make that space smaller.

Can I integrate these two wishes into a theme and where do I find the CSS I need to overwrite?

Danke
