Curl NOOB, where to get started

So I want to try to lock my car doors using HA. I have a hyundai and bluelink. I can log onto a site and start my car.

So what I want to try to do is -
go here
https://owners.hyundaiusa.com/us/en/index.html
then log on using username/password
that brings me to a dashboard with a quick link to lock car doors, etc
The buttons brink up a “popup”, not a new window or URL

Here of course I need to enter my PIN and click submit.

From reading this looks like something that might be able to be done with curl?

My end goal is to lock my car at night, if I forgot.

It may be able to be done with curl, you’ll need to sniff some traffic.

Or better still ask Hyundai for their API.

Did you ever make any progress with this?

I eventually bought an old android phone, loaded tasker on it, and use HA to initiate a task that mimics the button presses on the phone. It works pretty well. I use it to start my car and also lock my doors when I stay in a zone for 5+ minutes.
