I fail to get url: /hacsfiles/simple-thermostat/simple-thermostat.js type:module working:

1. installed HACS
   2 found repo for simple-thermostat
   3 added source:
   
   

then Chrome console shows

[deluxestyle]

I guess your url is wrong
remove “url:” at the begin and “type:module” at the end
