You can use customized cleaning entities when customized cleaning is enabled or cleaning_mode entity before starting a new cleaning job, otherwise it is not possible to set the cleaning mode while sending start_segment_cleaning service.
No, it is not possible.
I just received GoVac 800 (dreame.vacuum.r2489d) which is another model name of X50 Ultra. I created a feature request ticket in GitHub. If you need anything, please let me know. Thanks.
Dear Support Team,
I would like to add the Dreame Matrix10 Ultra to my Home Assistant instance.
When attempting to set up the device, I received the following error message:
“No supported devices were found for this account in the selected country. (dreame.vacuum.r25135)”
Before submitting this request, I checked the existing entries in the integration and noticed that three Matrix10 Ultra models are already defined:
- Matrix10 Ultra – dreame.vacuum.r2513
- Matrix10 Ultra – dreame.vacuum.r2513a
- Matrix10 Ultra – dreame.vacuum.r2513h
However, the model I own appears to be identified as dreame.vacuum.r25135.
I could not find this model in device.py or const.py, which suggests that support for this variant may not yet be implemented.
Could you please check whether this model can be added to the integration?
If official support is not yet available, I would appreciate any guidance on how I could manually integrate the device into my Home Assistant setup.
Thank you very much in advance for your support.
Best regards,
Hi,
Can someone confirm if the component supports Dreame L20 ultra? I see mention of this working on the thread but the supported device list doesn’t include it.
It is supported on Beta.
@tasshack Can I confirm r2489d can be supported in next pre-release? Thanks
Amazing! Thanks for that @tasshack. I tried looking in the documentation but didn’t find info on the “local” account mode. Does local control work with the L20 Ultra or is it only through the cloud?
Actually let me edit my question: Is there any way to control the vacuum offline after maybe caching the map once in a while? I don’t really need the map feature as long as I can clean specific rooms or areas.
Hi @tasshack , please could you clarify if it’s possible or not do add two devices , I’ve not completely understood from this post. I’ve an already integrated DREAME L10s pro and I would like to add also a DREAME L10s Pro Gen 3, does it sound sound possible ?
Thank you very much indeed. Joseph
Did you get any Help, or Solution? I have the same Problem.
Hello @Tasshack,
Thank you very much for your great work on this integration!
Regarding the newer vacuums that cannot be used over a local network and require cloud communication to work:
-
Could you please clarify what limitations or features are lost when using the integration solely via the cloud (without local network access)? For instance, may we maintain the single room cleaning or zone cleaning ?
-
If I have two different robot models—one that supports the local network (e.g., Dreame L10s Pro) and one that does not (e.g., Dreame L10s Pro Gen 3)—will this single custom integration be able to handle both via their respective methods (local vs. cloud)?
Thank you for your time and for sharing your knowledge!
v2.0.0b21 has been released with some bug fixes, Trouver account support and 80 new supported models.
