To happy owners of ElkoEP Lara Radio/Intercom devices https://www.elkoep.com/-lara-intercom- I’ve created custom component to control them via Home Assistant - https://github.com/exKAjFASH/media_player.elkoep_lara also available in HACS. It was implemented based on reverse-engineering and decoding network packets from Android/iOS app.
