I decided what I was really missing in home assistant was info about my next grocery order, and the best before dates from the most recent order.
After learning a lot, I created this integration to grab information from emails sent by Ocado (forwarded to a homeassistant-only gmail account).

Is it possible to scrape the order to notify when best-before dates of items are approaching? I see this data is included in the receipt listing.
Hi @howels, sorry I didn’t see your post. So I used to scrape the pdf that was linked with the receipt email and that would populate the BBDs. Unfortunately the pdfs are no linger linked and sit behind a login now =/
Have you found them included anywhere else?
I see the data in the Ocado app, was wondering if there’s an API route without relying on emails?
Sadly not that’s available - I’ve tried emailing their support team but they stonewall me every time or take feedback back to their dev team =/
