Custom components not found in integrations

I have a couplpe of custom components that I want to use (Ginlong Solis PV portal integration and Waste Collection Schedule) that are not showing up in the integrations section of home assistant. I’ve tried manual installation as well, restarted HA, rebooted the VM, nothing is helping me out.

I configured the integration and this makes the entities showing up, but they do not contain data.
Strange thing: other custom HACS components are just working fine (Niko Home Control 2, Miele, Bosch Thermostat).
Is there anything else I can do to get this to work?

Running HA in VM via the VMWare ova image, versions:
Home Assistant 2022.7.5
Supervisor 2022.07.0
Operating System 8.2
Frontend 20220707.1 - latest

HACS and installed integrations have the latest available version.

Have you tried forcing a refresh of the integrations page before trying to add the integration? That page tends to get cached so a forced refresh should get the integration to show up.

Hi, just tried on a different pc that never accessed my home assistant before, same result…

For some reason it can take up to several hours before an installed custom_component will show up in the Integrations-list, after a restart. No clue why though…

Would like to believe that, but restarted it yesterday and still not showing up :unamused:
Strange thing is that I’ve used these integrations before on another ha instance without issues…
Isn’t there a way to force an integration to show up or something?

It’s starting to sounds like they aren’t properly installed. You might try reinstalling them via HACS again.

Tried reinstalling multiple times with different versions, also have the same issue with a fresh installed new VM…
I can see all necessary files in the filesystem, seems that only HA fails to recognise the presence of the custom components… :man_shrugging:
