Hi, thats actualy a pretty darn good idea! Never thought about it, but now I am… thanks 
The buttons do still work with the board, the override the fanspeed, or more set the max speed. For example, if I put it on 1, and in home assistant on lvl 100 speed, the fans turn slower than when the buttons are on 3.
