Is there a way to use auto entities to and custom log card? Im wanting to have a log of all the entities for an area?
that’'s not how auto-entities works. Auto-entities can only populate certain cards.
You’ll need to list each entity in that area, but this is a good suggestion (to have it populate by area, tag, floor etc) if you want to suggest it?

nah did it on github as its a custom HACS integration

…and now just realising that you did not mean the core log card (type: logbook) which is what I was referring to
