Custom Lovelace cards "does not exist" error in HA 0.118.1

I updated today my HA to the latest version 0.118.1. Since the update all my custom Lovelace cards are gone. All custom modules are up to date and they are correctly set up as Lovelace resources. I restarted HA several times. Does anyone have a hint what is wrong?

I have a similar problem using chrome but ms-edge still works

Yes, you are right. I cleared my cookies on the page and everything came back as normal. Strange though.

I loaded the HACS integration to see if it would load the custom components. I only loaded it and all my custom components work fine!!
