This should definitely be supported by the main UI.

Looking for the same thing for MQTT Cover.
I’ve tried commenting out payload_stop to no avail.
I need help on this, I use Mqtt Cover but I have only one button for all, up/stop/down
Looking to remove the stop button as well, removing the payload_stop or setting it to “” or false didn’t work…
It seems it’s not possible to disable the button
