Customize HA for specific commercial project

Hello
I consider using HA for a commercial project that controls lighting and actuator motors.
In this case the installation on the customer site will be done by a professional installer that will install the HA hardware, build the device network on-site (mostly Zigbee devices) and will also define the automation/scenes

Is it possible to customize the HA installation so the HA home users will not be able to access anything but the main dashboard?
Is there a possible to customize the UI e.g. add a specific commercial logo on the dashboard and also on the mobile app?

Yes in general, although if they have access to the network on which HA sits, it’s not invulnerable.

Who is going to maintain it?

Probably.

But my point was that HA is not a commercial product - it’s an open source project with a very large number of contributors and a very large number of updates ( >10 a month). Some of these are on a schedule, with beta versions available to try out ahead of time. Others are quite reactive - they get updated when something stops working. The developers of some integrations have vanished without trace, so everyone just hopes for the best.

You’re letting yourself in for a lot of work.
