I ran into an issue with my 32-bit PC that has been running Hassio the last few years - an add-on that required a 64-bit CPU - so decided it was time to upgrade my Home Assistant computer. I’ve now got it running via Home Assistant Supervised on Debian using Virtualbox in Windows 10. Seems to mostly be working fine, and I was able to back up and restore my configuration with relatively few issues, but one lingering problem is that the motion sensors for my Wyze cameras aren’t working (e.g., dafang motion sensor, using these instructions). The cameras themselves are working fine. From the documentation it looks like these were set up over MQTT but I’m not sure how to get Home Assistant to pull in the devices again. Thanks in advance for your help!
Well it looks like power cycling the device, or logging into the UI to restart the MQTT broadcast, will both work to get the sensors up again.
