Daikin Onecta app issues - BRP069A78

I just got my Daikin Altherma 3 floor standing unit but I can’t get it connected to Onecta app.

My daikin wifi module - BRP069A78
Daikin - EHVX08S18EJ9W
Onecta app version - 3.21.2
My iOS - 17
Daikin programm version - V6.8.0
I also have Daikin Madoka thermostat connected to daikin by wires, but its only for inside temperature.

I have never connected my Daikin to Onecta app before.
I manage to connect to Daikin AP wifi, but then Onecta app gives error - Failed to connect device.
When I connect to Daikin AP it shows no internet connection, shows in wifi setting that im connected but dont show wifi symbol on top of the phone , maybe because theres no internet connection.

I have tried:
I have tried connecting to Daikin AP wifi before and then go to app and connect.
Turn off my Mobile Data
Replug daikin sim

When Im turning mobile data off this error accurs - app glitches, app sets me back to instruction page and I cant clikc next. Please check video:

I’m seeing exactly the same issue. Even down to the mobile app malfunctioning (Next button not working).

Been having issues with my stylish 2 not wanting to connect to the onecta app reecently.
FTXTA30B2V1BB.
It started with a update issue a while back, and i am now on software 3.21.2(3.21.2.2712), i have tried to redownload onecta, reset my AC wifi adapter with SP A. And now when i try to connect i type in the SSID and KEY, it loads, connect to my phone and then suddenly i need to type in SSID and key again, and i cant get any further, im stuck in a loop. Anyone has the same issues?

It was on the Daikin Heat Pump control panel somewhere. Possibly the “Information” screen I think? There was a load of version numbers…

I ordered replacement wlan card from Daikin. Ill update if that fix this.

Hi having similar issues however the only thing that worked to connect after hours messing around was turn off mobile data off and turn wifi to the daiken one then it started the install then when then kept saying mobile data offline I then switched mobile data back on and to my suprise it seems to work however everytime my WiFi is on to my home network or daikn network it takes me out of app so in the end unless there going to fix the issue I have to have my WiFi off and then app runs fine off my mobile data but defeats the purpose of having the WiFi fine sorry if this diddnt make much sence lol

Messing around more and went on settings on phone then the app and turned local network off and it’s fine with my WiFi on and dosent kick me out of app with WiFi enabled

I ordered new sim from Daikin and it got fixed.
Added my unit with first try.

Seems like sim was damaged or outdated

Did someone else keep having problems with this? I got the WLAN card today, able to connect to the wifi, it asked me to update the firmware and now boom, it has dissapeared and cannot find it anywhere
