DarkSky (or other) weather report including earlier today

In most weather websites, there is some logic like this:

               today      tomorrow    ....
0-6h           info       ...
6-12h          info       ...
12-18h         ...        ...
18-24h         ...        ...

I find it basically impossible to mimic this with the current weather components, out of two reasons:

  1. The weather components report hours from now. So, it is difficult to find the data for, say, tomorrow, 6:00. But ok. This can be done with some moster template or so.
  2. There is no data for earlier today.

Do you guys see any way this could be accomplished? Easily?
