I have a chart setup where I can see the current battery state of charge and how that drops based on usage. I want to add a guideline that can be used as an indicator if we are above or below the ideal usage.
To set the scene more, my battery system charges up on a night at a low-cost price for electricity. I then run off the battery during the day and charge the batteries again at night. This then has a natural discharge rate for the batteries to cover the day’s usage.
What I would like is to add this guideline that can be used as an indicator if we have used less or more than expected. As this will help to identify if additional electricity can be used or if we need to be a bit more careful so the batteries last until the next charge cycle.
This line would start at 07:30 with batteries at 100%, then drop to midnight with batteries at 15%. I have tried various built-in charts and also tried Apex Charts but was unable to get a guideline that essentially is a 45-degree downward line.
Picture below of what I am looking at, this is the chart I have and I have drawn the black line as to what it is I am trying to create.
Any help or advice is appreciated.
