Dashboard can take a while to load state information when loading on tablet

Hi, I have a dashboard which I am displaying on a tablet on the wall (Amazon Fire Max 11 64GB) which is running fully kiosk, an this is setup with the turn on via motion feature. When I walk up to the tablet, especially when it’s not been activated for a little while, it loads the dashboard fine, then a second later all the dynamic info from statuses disappear, then quite a few seconds after that they reload again. HA is running on a “Intel NUC NUC7i5DNKE PC i5-7300U 3.5GHz 16Gb RAM 120Gb SSD”, which I believe is plenty powerful enough. Attached is a video to explain what I mean, (sorry about the reflections). Does anyone have any idea of what could be causing this issue. Could it be the tablet or the NUC? Oh and BTW, Im just running standard HAOS which is up to date. https://youtu.be/z8B1tDVgnHI

99% it’s the tablet. Check if you have “Suspend background connections” switched on. To get to the setting, Click on your profile picture in the bottom left of the HA dashboard, then scroll down to the Browser setting at the bottom. Note that you will need to enable Advanced Mode to see the setting.

Thanks so much, this seems to have done the trick!

Glad it worked for you!
