Just checking if this is normal behavior.
I have a long dashboard full of entities and when I bring up the device card further down the dash and then close that card the whole dash board then jumps right up to the top. Is this intended behaviour whilst using the app? On my pc doing the same thing it jumps to the top a quickly returns back to where it was on the page.
No, this is not normal behaviour. Not on the PC nor mobile app.
It is likely due to a 3rd party fronend resource you are using in your dashboard.

Found the culprit and its now working as intended.
This happens to me sometimes too.
What did you identify as the cause?
It was the resources for the “Scrypted” add on causing it. Removed the following from the list and it starting working perfectly
/api/scrypted//endpoint/@scrypted/nvr/assets/web-components.js
/api/scrypted//endpoint/@scrypted/nvr/assets/web-components.css
