Dashboard reloads every time an entity appear or disappear from conditional card

Hi there. After updating the HA to core-2024.10.1 / OS13.1 (from around 2024.4.x) I spotted that the whole dashboard reloads whenever a new entity shows up (or disappears) from the conditional card, before the update that didn’t happen. It is a bit annoying as the full screen flashes all the time whenever that happens, also cameras have to load the stream again, etc.

Has anyone else spotted this? I looked through the issues but could not find related.

I have that too when an entity does not exist in the moment.
The card will update all the time.

I run lovelace_gen and I do not know if that is the cause or it is standard Lovelace.
For me it was just to either remove the card or fix the entity, so I did not look further into it.

I have the same problem and the truth is that is annoying,
I have this for at least a year before, any solution?
