I have a small 3x3 cctv camera view in a picture card on a dashboard, which when pressed links to the same 3x3 but in a full screen subview. Works fine on desktop but the dashboard is intended for a tablet. When i press it on the tablet (firehd10 2023) or in the IOS companion app, nothing happens, ie I dont get the full screen subview. Any thoughts why? At first i thought maybe i’d set up fully kiosk to somehow block links on the fire, but then noticed it on the ios app too.
To answer my own question for those looking in the future - i copied and pasted the URL like you see in some videos and that seemed to be the problem. Select where you want to go from the dropdown (didn’t even realise it was there!) and it all works fine.
