Dashboard Toggles State Won't Hold

Not quite sure what terms to use in search here but I have tried several in Google and haven’t found a solution.

The issue is, in dashboard overview I have several Tuya sockets that when I toggle them on or off it will toggle then a second later return to the state it was before I toggled it. I have many Tuya and several Zigbee units and this is only happening with 4 Tuya sockets.

It seems the units just aren’t reporting back to the dashboard. The units work perfectly from the Smart life app and the automations seem to work.

Any advice and guidance to fix this is appreciated !

It’s Tuya.
That’s the issue.

They can work OK if zigbee, but don’t ever buy anything wifi Tuya.

You could try some of the local Tuya integrations but it will still be a Tuya.

Hello @SteveDouglas,
This sounds like a sync issue between the dashboard and the Tuya cloud. Check if those 4 sockets are on older firmware or using a different protocol. Re-linking them or updating firmware may help. Also verify dashboard polling intervals and API integration settings. EZPassCT
