Dashboard with real touch buttons

I’m building a dashboard for myself and family, when I realized that I need on for my 89-year-old father. The problem is that he has trouble touching devices, even his iPhone. Both his dexterity and fingertips (which are callused) give him very imprecise pressing. I’ve watched him get flustered on his phone. I need a device that I can program individual buttons but has enough buttons that I can give him access to things he needs.

I’m looking for devices that can be integrated remotely to HA. (so its in his own room) Any suggestions?

I’m not sure what your budget is but you could use a Stream Deck connected to a small PC.

Yes, that the type of thing I was thinking about, but are there already “blueprints” on how to do it? I’m no coder for this type of thing.
