Dashboard YAML mode - how to refresh your include files?

When using dashboard YAML mode, how can I refresh the dashboard without restarting Home Assistant?

FYI - I tried refresh theme from Call Service and no luck.

the frontend is refreshed by clicking the three dot menu in the top right corner.

or if that doesn’t work you can try clearing the browser cache. it’s CTRL-F5 in chrome.
