When downloading the historical data from historical tab, the time stamp is not the same as local ha server time. Suggest to use the local ha server time stamp for the data download

Perhaps you should give a little more info about what is wrong. What are you seeing?
I don’t see anything wrong with it. It’s an ISO 8601 timestamp, which means it includes the timezone. How you display that is a representation issue. If its wrong, check your server’s time.
