Database locked, but stranger things are happening

I run HA in a docker on my Synology.
I restarted the Synology and after that I can’t bring the HA docker up.
I get the error
Start container home-assistant failed: {"message":"failed to initialize logging driver: database is locked"}.

After browsing the forum, I decided to remove the home-assistant_v2.db hoping it would create a new one and everythingwould be fine.
But even without the home-assistant_v2.db in place I keep getting this error. And no new DB is created by the way.

Which DB could be locked? (or better: how do I get rid of this error?)

well, I was looking in the wrong direction.
It wasn’t the DB for Home-assistant, but is was the DB for Docker on the Synology.
I rebooted the Synology and it works again
