Database of backward-incompatible changes

I only update my Home Assistant about 2 times a year, and before I do that I need to read through all blog post if there is any “backwards-incompatible changes”.

I would love a function in the UI where I just can type in what version I would like to update to, and then get a list of all “backwards-incompatible changes”. Even better would be if I could then se only the integrations that I use.
