I am hosting my Home Assistant database on a Synology NAS using MariaDB. I noticed recently all rows have a null value in the “last_updated” column. The oldest “last_updated_ts” value is Feb 10th. I’m guessing that the Database Schema v32 updates from the Home Assistant Core 2023.2 update is what caused this, and Feb 10 must be when I made the update?
When I view history in Home Assistant, I can also only go back to Feb 10. Is this the intended behavior? Did This update really overwrite the datetime for my historical data with nulls?
I have I have been running backups of the DB in hyperbackup so I can probably restore it, but I have no idea how to reconcile the old and new schema so I’d rather not do that unless that’s the only way to recover my data…
