Now that sub-menus are a thing, I decided to revamp my mobile devices dashboard in a subtle David Bowie motif!
This is the entertainment systems sub-menu. It features a Sound & Vision Tour ribbon at top and bottom, essential controls for TV, amplifier, Chromecast and Squeezebox using mushroom buttons, and it monitors ESPresence Room Detection to decide which room’s controls to send to my screen. I’ve also adjusted icon heights so that the page will stretch to the bezel edge on my smartphone’s 1080x2400 resolution screen. I’ve also added room switching climate control, lighting, scenes, and vacuum sub-menus which will be getting their own David Bowie motif, along with the master menu, over the coming weekend.
