Running on a seperate pi rather than a NUC running docker solved it for me
currently, due to a faulty SD, I went different route: create a new VM in proxmox, with simple debian desktop (for being able to see the mesh), with only deCONZ software, and of course the COnbee stick attached to USB only for that VM

how do you get the api start the 60 sec then move it to the pie to finish
You need to login into your Deconz http://192.168.xx.xx:80 from a web browser and the select

Then go to your Homeassistant web page and goto configuration and select intergrations hit the big orange + button select deConz.
and as long as you are on the same network select it from the list.
