I go on developer put deconz_event click start listening and… nada
Then you’re doing it right. Maybe the device isn’t properly supported by deconz

@CrocMonster, I do have similar conclusions that Conbee II do not work properly with SSD on USB 3.0 on rpi4 Raspbian.
Of course, I heard a lot of buzz that external power is a solution (I do have and for me is not) or that some SSD or UCB-PCI cards are not suitable for 3.0 (I did not try another one but my set [Samsung 840 + regular, cheap adapter] was working well during migrating process until installing docker).
But do your info is based on some source that states it is not possible for now to have Conbee and [email protected] on rpi4 working well?
Observed symptoms in my case in that configuration (maybe will be usefull for somebody):
- rpi firstly do not want to boot up at all or in best case login via ssh shows up instantly but for password I needed to wait xx seconds
booting up from USB 2.0 and changed port to 3.0 usually works (need to be carefull about breaking database) but: - sometimes I lost few sensors and need to re-pair
- one sensor (hue) sometimes froze for a few minutes every ~40 minutes
- I was unable to add any new sensor
- in Settings > Gateway I do have also reported RaspBee as Product
- I do have a lot of errors, e.g.:

To be honest and what is strange, the longer I use that configuration the problems with sensors occured less often but still and all the time I do have mentioned errors.
My Hass.io on raspberrry pi hard resetted… after that I am not able to login to deconz with the old password…
Not sure, what happened…
I tried to reset the password within 10 min after restart the addon, but when click set new password, it doesn’t do anything … I tested that both on Chrome and firefox…
All my zigbee devices are work fine and show on Hassio though… I can’t add or remove any new device now
Anyone experience that recently or before!?
I’m facing exactly the same problem, I’ve lost the sidebar menu within deConz so can’t get past the new password step like you…
I’ve tried enabling he API backend on 40850, which I can log into and reset the password, but it still won’t let me log in from within Hass.io
I desperation I tried reinstalling deConz but that’s just meant I’ve lost all of my devices and cannot re-pair them…
same here, it seems its the deconz hassio add-on that is broken. i can log in wen i connect it to another computer and run det deconz addon in windows, but no lights or other things show up.
Same here.
And here: https://github.com/home-assistant/hassio-addons/issues/1049
I think it’s due to a change in supervisor 197 or 198.
So, it is not only myself… I didn’t know that API port is the WebUi … Yes, seem that to be only working and when I get there it ask me for new password, as I asked to reset it before.
HaHa did the same… Home is running in ‘old mode’
i also have the issue that i cant login to deconz. I had this issue before i updatet to the new version of hassio dont know why…
Now updated to the latest version Home Assistant 0.105.1 still cant login or reset the password.
Is there a file that we can delete so that the deconz gateway is clean like a factory reset?
I inserted the deconz usb to my windows machine and could reset the password but that password isn’t stored on the usb so it didnt solve my problem.
The fix is not released yet
Actually I think it is.
I just got presented with an upgrade of the Supervisor to 199 which was released today Feb 6th around noon UTC.
Note this is not a 105.x release. The Supervisor has its own upgrade path.
Go to Supervisor -> System. If you are not yet on 199 there should be an upgrade button.
When I hit it - I got an error shown (forgot the text) but the upgrade went fine so I think it can be ignored.
I run my Deconz on bare metal so I cannot confirm that it solves the Deconz addon problem
All Working Supervisor to 199 can now login to deconz
I can confrim I have upgraded the Supervisor to 199 and deconz now works from ingress. Still on 104.2, using HASS.IO add-on on 105.1
deCONZ is working like normal again. I can access it from Ingress without having the login issue, and my sensors are not going to an unavailable state every few minutes! Thanks so much!
