Deconz Xiaomi Not Updating

Hi,
Just moved over to Deconz from Xiaomi binding… thank you for those who offered advice…

BIG ISSUE: My Xiaomi devices do not update. I obviously need instance updates on motion, door etc and they dont update at all other than when they are added.

Information that may help:
Adding devices is all fine, they add first time, and all show up in the Photocon App thing (although also dont update themselves there either).

I have the following error in my log which I know is to do with Deconz, but I dont have an option to generate an authentication key as per addon instructions.

19-10-19 18:22:32 WARNING (MainThread) [hassio.api.security] No API token provided for /api/config

I have the following additional errors which I think are relevant.

Any help really appreciated as I dont want to go back to Xiaomi binding if possible.

So, just added the third motion sensor and rebooted Hassio

Under HA and Photocon all devices showing up, but same issue, none of their states are updated at all, so back to the same issue…

BUT

Logged in via VNC, and the devices have disappeared?! They were there, because I was logged in via VNC before the reboot and they were all showing in the MESH, but after a reboot, all gone.

I see this mentioned all the time so it was the first thing I did when I started with the conbee stick: have you put it on a USB extension lead, well away from the Raspberry pi? Apparently being too close to the main board, or a router, can cause havoc.

Interesting… I’ll give it a go.

And you think that can make it forget all it’s battery devices? It’s just weird that that they are still in the Photocon App but gone from VNC… made me think it’s more a software issue
