Default page and skin

Hi again,

Is there a way to specify a default page and skin to use for my installation of HADashboard?

I took a look through the forum,and saw that someone had asked this last year (I think) and there was no quick answer at the time.

there is a default page and skin.
and they cant be replaced at this time.
