Hi gurus, I was using the 2023 july version on a Odroid N2+, worked very well except the latest version of python was 3.10
I copied all of /srv and .homeassistant on to a USB drive and upgraded to Ubuntu24.04LTS.
After installing UB24 I copied files back to /srv and .homeassistant
I’m using homeassistant core , and so its installed in my homedir , on the venv I used odroid ,
chown set to odroid:homeassistant ,
I followed the instructions to upgrade, but hit problems with missing modules, even though they were in /bin
I have loaded python3.12-full on the N2
so did a install, and ran HASS, knowing hass would find the previous configuration.
a few warnings but looks like its running OK
On the remote laptop I use for everything else
tried to log in on a browser , asked for username and password
so entered what I have used before, and get incorrect username and password
How can I set up my old password/username .
The N2 is used headless so cant use a browser on localhost
What is annoying is my wife can log in as a user , but can edit the user file
Thanks
